We use the very best ingredients locally sourced where possible and always farm assured. We have built relationships with Spanish importers – preferring independent, smaller businesses to provide our Spanish cheeses and meats. We are allergy aware, and aim to offer a wide and diverse choice for Vegetarians and Vegans.
All food is prepared gluten free if possible and if not, we offer alternatives. The menu has been drawn up from recipes and ideas collected over the years – I hope you enjoy some of the stories that lie behind them. There are always chef specials – a trio of small plates that change with the seasons, keeping it fresh.
Kids can sometimes come with their own requirements (!) and we will do our best to accommodate individual likes and dislikes.
We have small, simple bocadillos always available and ‘patatas no tan bravas’ which are not spicy but delicious!
Churros with chocolate sauce are made fresh to eat in or take away – a delicious treat, and for babies we are happy to heat up bottles and baby food to help you out – just ask.
We have joined forces with an exclusive wine merchant with over 30 years in the business to bring you affordable wines that complement our food perfectly.
We always offer a wine of the month to help bring new and varied choices to Malvern.
If there are any wines you particularly like we are able to sell them to take away to enjoy at home. We keep our prices deliberately keen – we want you to sit down and enjoy a decent bottle with friends without spending a fortune!
Bar Limón loves seafood and crustaceans. Unfortunately, they don’t love our main chef who is hyper-allergic so you won’t see them on the menu in the week. Don’t worry – we do have daily fish dishes – just nothing that might wear a shell. However, how can Bar Limón not serve up Paella* and Gambas?! So, we will be launching Seafood Sunday. Freshly cooked paella in a huge pan ready to be dished out with garlic prawns, deep fried squid and seasonal seafood. With lemon generously squeezed over and a dash of pimiento – Delicioso!!
